Description:
The Keyholder will be responsible for supporting the management of the store. They will work closely with other keyholders and the Retail Manager, as well as the back of house management to oversee store operations, employee responsibilities, employee scheduling, store environment, POS system, and staging/layout of the retail floor.

Description: This employee will serve to concern themselves with store aesthetics, sales floor organization, and specific cashier duties, while appropriately interacting with all Mission Thrift guests.
