Key Holder

Location: Mission Thrift Madison Heights (Coming Soon)

Compensation: $17 hourly

Hours: Part-time, 16-20 hours weekly

Summary: The Keyholder will be responsible for supporting the management of the store. He/she will work closely with other keyholders and the retail manager as well as back-of-house management to oversee store operations, employee responsibilities, employee scheduling, store environment, POS system, and staging/layout of the retail floor. The Key Holder is also responsible for upholding our culture of care and hospitality to the team, volunteers and customers.
